The successful candidate will offer their knowledge, experience, and confidence to build credibility with prospects and generate new business opportunities. Working closely with our seasoned traders, candidates will be exposed to a broad range of foreign exchange, global payments, and online solutions. The Associate’s primary responsibility will be to generate new business and execute foreign exchange transactions. The sale associate will pursue and close new business opportunities by taking prospects from lead through to on-boarding them as clients.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU?
Our associates are focused on the sales and promotion of MTFX’s products and services in an inside sales environment. The associate's primary responsibility will be to generate new business and execute foreign exchange orders. Sale associates will pursue and close new business opportunities by taking prospects from lead through to on-boarding them as clients. Associates will be required to achieve monthly and quarterly new business targets – and will be remunerated on business revenue generated from clients.
We look for individuals who are motivated to learn and develop themselves and we will support them through the reimbursement of fees for those who take and complete professional business courses relevant to what we do. We have many associates who are working toward or have achieved qualifications in finance and encourage them to do so.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrated success with prospecting of new business;
Drive to achieve monthly targets by Identifying, accessing, and selling prospects on the value MTFX can offer their respective;
Convince prospects to become MTFX clients by moving them through our sales cycle from a warm lead to an MTFX client by completing a client application;
Engage clients and set appointments with prospects via phone discussions, online demonstrations or setting in-person appointments;
Continually market to prospects to move to MTFX by making calls, sending timely market updates and marketing materials;
Make updates to the company CRM system;
Source and generate leads for potential new business; Ability to adjust your communication style to cater to different audiences using tact, diplomacy and listening skills;
Create a positive impression of MTFX clients by acting professionally and engaging in accurate follow-up.
